Exhibitor Information

Each 100 sq foot purchased includes one (1) full conference registration. All necessary electric, furniture (including tables and chairs), labor, or other special needs requested by your company must be purchased and paid for by your company. All amounts indicated on the form are to be paid in US Dollars. All cancellations must be made in writing and received by EEBA no later than May 31, 2016. A $250 fee will apply to all cancellations made prior to May 31, 2016 and there will be no refunds for cancellations made after May 31, 2016.

By signing the exhibitor application/contract you understand that the fee for your exhibit space(s) is to be paid in full no later than the last day of the month indicated for each discount in order to realize the special rate.
